Android Sign in:
0: Download the Salesforce App
1: open the Salesforce mobile app on the phone device
2: tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the app screen
3: select "change server"
4: on the next screen, at the bottom select "Add new connection"
5: enter a custom name for this connection. You can name it Compass.
6: in the URL slot for this connection, enter: https://compassfamily.my.salesforce.com
7: user will be redirected to the Okta log in page
8: user enters Okta credentials to be authenticated
9: user gets the Okta prompt (verification code/number). User taps "Yes, it's me" in the Okta prompt and enters the verification code/number.
10: user is in the Salesforce mobile App.
Iphone instructions:
0: Download the Salesforce App
1: Open the Salesforce mobile app
2: Click Use Custom Domain
3: Type in Compassfamily and continue
4: User will be redirected to the Okta log in page. Verify in Okta as you normally would. You may need to type in your password.
5: Allow Access on your phone
6: Click Menu at the bottom right and then App Launcher at the top
7: Choose Compass Mobile
8: User is in the Salesforce mobile App. Close any Salesforce ads that pop up.
