When it is time to exit your client there are 3 steps:
1 – Go to a client's Case Record and put the client’s final day in the Exit Date field.

2 – Change Program Status to Exit and choose an Exit Reason. Save your work.
3 – Add a Program Exit Housing tracker to specify where the client is exiting
- Hover over the Housing Tracker related list at the top of the page.
- Click the New Housing Situation button.
- Select “Program Exit” for the Housing Stage.
- Add a Start Date
- Select from the list Living Situation options to where the destination the client is exiting.
- If you know the shelter or subsidy type, mark that in Facility or Subsidy Type
- Click Save to finish.

*Your client’s Case Status will automatically change to Closed once an exit reason is entered and saved.
