This Screen Flow mini app allows program staff to add Service Entry and Progress Note for any "Active" household members within the household of the case record in context.
Note: The Client Service form is still active for program use. The difference is the Client Service form only adds Service Note for the Main client of the case record in context.
Location
- Navigate to the Case Record page you want to add Service Note for. In our example, we use Joey Ramone's CCAP case record. The "Add Service Note for any Household Member" screen flow is on your right-hand side.
Data Entry
Household Member Name:
- This dropdown list contains all members within the household in context whose Family Role = "Active". Choose the member's name whom this note belongs to.
Client Participation: Yes or No.
Engagement Type: required.
Engagement Method: required.
Service Date and Time: required.
Service Duration (Minutes): required.
Progress Note: enter detailed notes here.
Click "Next" after completing the form.
Success Screen
If records were created successfully, you should see the Success Screen shown below. The screen also shows the locations of the newly created Service Entry record, Progress Note record and the Direct Service Record.
Note: If you sees the Error Message Screen, take a screenshot and email your Salesforce Admin for help.
