When to use this automation?
If you find yourself repeatedly creating the same Service Entry and Progress Notes for multiple cases/clients, you should use this automation.
How to use this automation?
Step 1: "Case Records" Tab
Step 2: choose a listview. In my example, I chose "My Open Cases".
Step 3: the listview returns a list of records. Select the checkbox next to the case record (each row is a case record)
Step 4: Click "Create Batch Service Notes" to run the Screen Flow. This button will open up the Screen Flow for you to enter service note.

- Important: Do not select more than 30 records at the same time. Ensure all case records belong to the same program. If your list contains case records from different program, the following Error Screen will be displayed.
Step 5: Data Entry
- Engagement Type: required.
- Engagement Method: required.
- Service Date and Time: required.
- Service Duration (Minutes): required.
- Client Participation: Yes or No.
- Progress Note: enter detailed notes here.
Click "Next" after completing the form.
Step 6: Success Screen
- If the service notes were created successfully, you'll see the Success Screen. Otherwise, an Error Screen will be displayed. If error happens, please take a screenshot and then email your Salesforce Admin for help.
