Monthly Rent Amount
- This is the Monthly Rent the Landlord charges. Do not manually change this data. Controlled by Housing Tracker. If update needed, update it in the Housing Tracker.
Monthly Tenant Rent Amount, if different
- This is the amount the Tenant needs to pay.
Controlled by Income Tracker Flow - After Save. Do not manually overwrite.
SF HOME Subsidy Amount
- "Monthly Rent Amount" - "Monthly Tenant Rent Amount, if different"
