VII. Tracking Living Situation (all CoDa users)
SF Home staff are required to track the living situation of clients when they enter the program, are housed, and at program exit (if applicable).
Living situation is tracked using the HOUSING TRACKER. There are three different housing stages and SF Home staff must enter a housing tracker for each one:
- Intake: Refers to the client's living situation at intake.
- Enrolled: The family's living situation once they secure housing with the subsidy and are enrolled in the program.
- Program Exit: The family's living situation when they exit the program. If the client's living situation remains the same between enrollment and exit, you still need to enter a new program exit housing tracker.
