CCAP staff are required to enter housing trackers for clients at INTAKE and PROGRAM EXIT.
Housing trackers are not required for clients who do not end up enrolling in CCAP (e.g. are not eligible, do not complete an assessment, etc.)
- Intake: Refers to the client's living situation when they first enter the CCAP program.
- Enrolled: The family's living situation IF they move while enrolled in the program. This stage is only required if the client moves prior to exit.
- Program Exit: The family's living situation when they exit the CCAP program.

6. Financial Transactions (Problem-Solving Funds)
CCAP staff use the Financial Transaction object to log financial support provided to clients for problem-solving related purposes. Click here for instructions on how to enter financial transactions.
Log each individual item as a separate transaction. For CCAP purposes, select "Problem-Solving Funds" as the ASSISTANCE SOURCE.
