Q: Why am I not seeing any records or seeing way fewer than I expect?
A: Here are some things to check:
- In the upper part of the filter pane, make sure the you have chosen to show "All X" rather than "My X" unless you want to see a report on only your assigned clients.
- Is "Date Field" possibly filtering out the records you need to see?
- Have you misspelled any words in the filters you've added? For example, "Program Name = Comapss FS Home" would return no results.
Q: The field I want to see or filter with is not available in my report!?
A: You are probably using a custom report in which Admin hasn't enabled the field you want to use. You can either try another report type or let Admin know that you need the field added to that report type
Q: The same client or case record is showing up multiple times!?
A: You are probably using a report of the form "Object X with Object Y." If there are multiple Object Y's associated with an Object X (like multiple service entries with a case record), it will seem in the report that Object X appears multiple times next to the different Object Y's. If you want to count how many unique Object X's there are, you need to add Object X's "Unduplicated ID" to the report and sum over it. "Record Count" will overcount in this situation.
If you are not using a "with" report, then there may be duplicate records.
