CHILDCARE TRACKER
Report: CCSS Closed Cases w/Open Enrollments
- What to check for: Exited clients with open childcare enrollments. If one of your cases records shows up on this report, it means you need to close the childcare placement.
- How to fix: Click on the "Childcare Tracker #" to go directly to the latest childcare placement. Change the "Status" from Enrolled --> Ended and add the "End Date," "Reason for Childcare End," and any other details regarding the end of the placement.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT/FOLLOW UP
Report: 7/30/60 Day Follow Up Report
- What to check for: 7, 30, or 60 day follow-up tasks that are missing a completion date.
- How to fix: Check to see if there are any tasks with a "Missing Date." If you do see a missing date (see example in pink below), click on the "Detail Rows" button at the bottom right of the report (green below) to show more details. Search for your name and If there are no missing dates, no action required. Great job! Otherwise, click on the "Subject" link to go directly to the task. Update the "Status" and "Task Completion Date."
