IV. Room Occupancy
- Entering Room Occupancy: The "Room Occupancy" object is used to track the client's room/unit number and move-in/move-out details and is required for all enrolled clients at the Margot.

VI. Assessments
- Family Assessment Matrix: The Compass Family Assessment Matrix or “FAM” is a tool that case managers use to track their client’s level of stability on 14 different categories over time. Case Managers at the Margot are responsible for conducting a FAM assessment at intake and then annually thereafter.
VII. Housing Trackers (all CoDa users)
Margot staff are required to enter housing trackers for clients at INTAKE and ENROLLMENT. If the client exits the Margot, a PROGRAM EXIT housing tracker is also required.
- Intake: Refers to the client's living situation prior to moving into the Margot.
- Enrolled: The family's living situation while enrolled in the program. For the Margot, Living Situation = Permanent Supportive Housing, Facility = The Margot.
- Program Exit: The family's living situation when they exit the Margot.

VIII. Violations
Margot staff should track all rule violations using the "Violations" tracker on the Case Record. Click here for details.
IX. Margot Dashboards
- Margot Program Management Dashboard - intended for Case Managers and Program Managers to keep track of staff tasks and progress for current clients. Recommend checking at least weekly.
- Margot Outputs & Outcomes Dashboard - use to check progress for the current fiscal year against annual targets.
