5. Housing Trackers (all CoDa users)
C-Rent staff are required to enter housing trackers for clients at INTAKE and PROGRAM EXIT.
- Intake: Refers to the client's living situation prior to entering the C-Rent program.
- Enrolled: The family's living situation ONLY IF it changes while the client is still enrolled in the program. Most C-Rent clients will NOT need an enrolled housing tracker.
- Program Exit: The family's living situation when they exit the C-Rent program. For clients receiving back rent assistance who remain in their same unit, you can clone the INTAKE housing tracker (if all housing details remain the same).
For more specific definitions and instructions on how to enter the living situation using the housing tracker, visit the following links:
6. Income Trackers
C-Rent staff use Income Trackers in the following situations:
1. Log the family's income when they enter the program (Eviction Prevention staff ONLY). Visit this link for detailed instructions on Tracking Income Information (all programs).
2. Log financial assistance provided to the family - this applies to all types of financial assistance provided by C-Rent (e.g. back rent, move-in assistance, debt reduction, etc.) Log each individual type of financial assistance as a separate transaction. Visit this link for detailed instructions on Tracking Financial Transactions (all programs).
7. Financial Counseling
Some C-Rent clients may also receive financial counseling support in addition to eviction prevention or move-in support.
