To use Mogli Bulk Texting feature, follow the steps below
STEP 1: Bulk SMS Lightning Tab
STEP 2: Report: type [Mogli] to search for the report that contains the group of clients you need to send bulk messages to.
- All reports used for Mogli Bulk texting have names starts with [Mogli]
- Tip! If you can't immediately find the report you are looking for, copy and paste the full name into the search.
STEP 3: SMS Recipients: confirm that clients numbers are populated in this area. (Note: The number should closely match what you see in the report, though it may be off by a few recipients due to incorrect formatting of their Mogli number.)
- Bulk Texting limit: no more than 100 recipients
STEP 4: Add "Opt Out" language
- All bulk text messages must include language on how the client can opt out of bulk text messages.
- Click on the "template" icon on the bottom right below the SMS message section. You'll see several options pop up. Select "Group Opt Out" or "Spanish Group Opt Out" depending on your client's language.
- Text will appear in the SMS message box.
STEP 5: SMS Message: Type in your short message above the opt out instructions.
- Keep Message body less than 160 characters.
STEP 6: Click SEND
- Once everything looks good, click send at the bottom right. You will see confirmation once the message has been successfully sent.
