To use Mogli Bulk Texting feature, follow the steps below
1 Bulk SMS Lightning Tab
2 Report: type [Mogli] to search for the report that contains the group of clients you need to send bulk messages to.
- (all reports used for Mogli Bulk texting have names starts with [Mogli])
3 SMS Recipients: confirm that clients numbers are populated in this area
- Bulk Texting limit: no more than 100 recipients
4 SMS Message: type in the short message that you wanted to send to your group of clients
- Keep Message body less than 160 characters.
