To "exit" the client means that they are no longer receiving services from C-Work and their case is closed.
- Program completion: The client has successfully completed the ECE or workforce development program (e.g. completed the course, completed an internship, completed workforce development goals).
- Unable to complete program: The client did not successfully complete the program (e.g. did not complete their goals, did not complete or pass the ECE course, etc.)
- Lack of contact: The client has been out of contact and the staff member is unable to reach the client after multiple attempts.
- No longer interested: The client is no longer interested in continuing the program (e.g. availability or capacity issues, etc.)
- Groups/Classes Only: The client participated in at least one workshop and did NOT end up participating in the ECE or workforce development programs
When exiting a C-Work client, make sure to complete the following actions items:

Update the Intervention Tracker
- Open the current intervention tracker and update
- Change the "Status" to EXITED and add the "Exit Date," "End Reason," and "End Details"
- Select any applicable outcomes in the "Outcomes Detail" field

Add a New Employment Tracker
- Add a NEW "Employment Tracker" (Type of Workforce Tracker) with "Stage" = PROGRAM EXIT

Update the ECE Course Tracker (if applicable)
- Open the current "ECE Course Tracker" (Type of Workforce Tracker) and update
- Make sure to update the "Status" and enter the "End Date"
- If known, enter the "Attendance" (e.g. # out of #) and Grade (letter or #)

Update the Internship Tracker (if applicable)
- Open the current "Training/Intervention Tracker" (Type of Workforce Tracker) and update
- Make sure to update the "Status" and enter the "End Date"

Confirm the client's income and add a new Income Tracker (if needed)
- Ensure you have a recent (within the same FQ) "Income Tracker" with the client's current income

Add a new Housing Tracker
- Add a NEW "Housing Tracker" with "Housing Stage" = PROGRAM EXIT

Close out any pending Goals
- Open the "Action Plan" and update the "Goal Progress" field for each goal - COMPLETED or NOT COMPLETED
- Make sure to enter the "Actual Completion Date"
- Confirm that you aren't missing:

To close the case:
- Change the "Case Status" to CLOSED and the "Program Status" to EXITED
- Enter the "Exit Date" and "Exit Reason" and add details in the "Client Exit Comments" field
- Important! If the client never ended up receiving any services after initially being referred to the program, change their "Program Status" to NOT ENROLLED. The above actions are NOT required if the client never enrolled in the program.
