0. CoDa Basics (all CoDa users)

4. Income Tracker
Income information is required for clients who are enrolled in the ECE or workforce development program with C-Work. Collect client income on a quarterly basis (and update income if it changes during the quarter). All earned income, cash, and non-case benefits are tracked on the Income Tracker. For instructions on how to enter income into CoDa, visit the following links.
5. Housing Tracker
C-Work staff are required to enter housing trackers for all clients who enroll in their program. Clients who only participate in workshops do not need housing trackers.
Housing at INTAKE and PROGRAM EXIT. If the client moves while enrolled in a C-Work program, an ENROLLED housing tracker is also required.
- Intake: Refers to the client's living situation when first entering the C-Work program.
- Enrolled: The family's living situation IF they move while enrolled in C-Work.
- Program Exit: The family's living situation when they exit C-Work.
6. Intervention Tracker
- How to track an ECE or Workforce Development Intervention - The "Intervention Tracker" is used by C-Work to track a client's enrollment in the ECE or Workforce Development program.

- ECE Course Enrollment - Track enrollment in a specific ECE course as well as the outcome of that course.
- Training, Education or Internship Placement - Track the client's placement in training, education, or internship programs (ECE and all other).
- Job Placement - Track the client's employment situation when they first enter your program, if/when their employment status changes, and at program exit.

11. Exiting a Client
To "exit" the client means that they are no longer receiving services from C-Work and their case is closed. Click here for detailed instructions on when and how to exit a client from the C-Work program.
